My WordPress is a 100% digital platform. All our products and services — including practice exams, mock tests, study materials, and subscription packages — are delivered electronically. There are no physical goods shipped.
How Delivery Works
- Instant Access: Upon successful payment via Razorpay, access to your purchased content is activated immediately within your account
- Email Confirmation: A confirmation email with your order details and login information is sent to your registered email address within minutes of purchase
- Account Dashboard: All purchased exams and study materials are accessible through your personal dashboard at https://us.prepgro.com

- A valid account on our platform
- A stable internet connection
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge — latest 2 versions)
- JavaScript enabled in your browser
Delivery Issues
If you have completed a payment but cannot access your purchased content:
- Wait a few minutes — in rare cases, payment confirmation may take up to 15 minutes
- Check your email (including spam/junk folder) for the order confirmation
- Log out and log back in to refresh your account
- If the issue persists, contact us at hello@prepgro.com with your order number and payment reference
We resolve all delivery issues within 24 hours of being reported.
No Physical Shipping
Since all products are digital, there are no shipping charges, delivery timelines, or physical returns applicable. For refund-related queries, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
